I’m Jacobo Hernandez. In college, I built a 7-figure e-commerce brand, but relentless challenges like competition, product copying, and cash flow issues pushed me toward real estate. I created a short-term rental portfolio with steady cash flow and tax benefits, eventually selling it to a private equity fund led by Hilton’s former Chairman.

Now focused on scalable assets like Boutique Hotels, I’ve traveled to 40+ countries and live by “life by design.” As FreedomVest’s founder, I help entrepreneurs secure financial freedom through passive real estate investments.
